Windows On Washington is a top rated, local , exterior home remodeling business located in Sterling, VA. We have been improving our clients' homes for nearly 20 years. We are looking for a dedicated, customer service focused person to add to our talented team.
Position Available: Receptionist/Office Assistant
Core Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for incoming phone calls, route calls appropriately, in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond to voicemails
- Greet walk in customers
- Set Sales appointments from inbound calls
- Process incoming leads
- Process incoming contracts
- Check mail, process as required
- Open new service requests
- Provide administrative support as needed to all departments
- Cross train to provide support when required

Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Technical aptitude with various digital tools and platforms.
- Practical knowledge of CRM systems is highly desirable.
