Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Receptionist to be the face of the company and first point of contact for all of our clients.

This position includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Answering all incoming phone calls in a polite professional manner
• Direct incoming calls and in-store clients to the correct department and/or personnel
• Take detailed messages when necessary and relay via e-mail to appropriate personnel
• Greet all in-store clients in a polite professional manner
• Complete all other clerical duties deemed necessary by General Manager and/or Office Manager
• Reports directly to Office Manager
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
