Exceptional Recruiting is seeking a trained Medical Assistant to join a highly reputable Concierge practice in Midtown Atlanta. This is a Direct hire with full benefit package. URGENT NEED!

Responsibilities:

• Flex between Medical Assisting, Lab, and Front Office Reception as needed to keep a consistent flow of business
• Provide well and sick care with adult and geriatric patients which could include vitals, taking patient histories, calling in prescriptions, responding to phone and email messages, immunizations, blood draws, injections, physicals, patient education, blood draws, EKG's, setting up further testing, and medical interventions with healthy and complex patients
• Provide all patients with quality customer service and compassionate care regardless of socioeconomic and racial background
• Communicate with physicians, management, and staff members to ensure proper flow of business throughout the workday
• Proactively resolve issues and patient concerns
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with EMR and high quality patient care 
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with patients, staff, medical providers, and management 
• Flexibility required as everyone steps into a different roles as needed to keep patient flow smooth
• Solid references, good work ethic and attendance, reliability, and longevity on past positions
• Ability to provide an exceptional level of patient care in a professional and patient manner
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills required

Pay depends upon experience: $47.00-50K to start

Hours: 8:00-4:30 with 30 minute lunch
