We are looking for the best and the brightest top-notch Receptionist to join our rapidly expanding service team at our Cadillac Pasadena dealership.
Compensation: up to $23/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Welcome our clients to our dealership in a warm hospitable, professional demeanor to set the tone for their experience.
- Screen calls, direct them to the proper party, and/or obtains enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customer.
- Be a brand ambassador for our business.
- Other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, and effective process
Qualifications:
- Motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and be well organized.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Must have a clean valid driver's license.
