Receptionist

The Lobby Receptionist are the first point of contact for our employees, guest and vendors. This person will ensure that anyone who comes to HQ is greeted and welcomed warmly. Additionally, they will ensure the upkeep and overall aesthetic of the front lobby area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcome visitors by greeting them and answering or referring any and all inquiries.
• Assist with visitor registration, and directing vendors, contractors, and delivery persons.
• Schedule meetings and setting up conference rooms (as directed).
• Maintains a professional appearance, as well as maintaining composure under high pressure situations.
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website, and other related information.
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
• Assist with the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Maintain a neat appearance of reception/lobby area. Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition.
• Monitor the lobby to report any suspicious activity and/or safety concerns to Security.
• Other duties as needed.

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr
