Job summary
Performs front-desk activities, including addressing inquiries, redirecting phone calls, distributing correspondence.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Manages inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Answers inbound calls, screens them, identifies customers’ needs, clarifies information, responds to customers’ inquiries and redirects calls to the correct departments.
- Screens the incoming emails, identifies customers’ needs, clarifies information, responds to customers’ inquiries, and redirects them to the correct departments.
- Follows communication scripts, company’s procedures and quality standards when handling different customer interactions.
- Keeps records of all customer interactions in a comprehensible way, as per company’s procedures.
- Meets personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required skills, experience, education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role
- English: advanced
- Strong attention to details
- Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively
- Strong customer service mindset, focused, and responsive
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Great team player
- Knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to learn new software
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
