As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success by delivering exceptional customer service and effectively managing incoming inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers promptly and professionally, whether through phone calls, emails, or online chat platforms. Provide accurate information about our vehicles, services, promotions, and pricing.
- Lead Management: Effectively manage and prioritize incoming leads from various sources, such as the dealership's website, social media platforms, and third-party lead providers. Ensure timely follow-up to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with customers to schedule test drives, service appointments, and other dealership visits. Maintain an organized calendar to optimize dealership traffic flow and improve customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized solutions. Nurture long-term customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and interaction records in the dealership's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities, monitor customer preferences, and generate reports.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and provide support in achieving overall dealership objectives. Share valuable customer feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
