Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and organized BILINGUAL Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical record systems
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with dental staff to provide excellent patient care
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Bilingual (spanish)
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with medical scheduling software is preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
