General Job Description
To act as the first impression of the university. Welcome and greet prospective students and visitors to the university. Answer incoming telephone calls and forward calls to appropriate recipient. Notate telephone and in-person message and forward to appropriate recipient. Enter prospective student leads into CampusVue. Mail out information packets to prospective students. Assist with other administrative duties.
Daily Responsibilities
· Undock phone system from the answering service at the beginning of the day and dock the phone system with the answering service at the end of the day
· Answer telephone calls in a timely manner
· Prepare mailing labels for leads to be placed on information package
· Enter leads into CampusVue
· Prepare and mail out information packets to prospective student leads
· Sort incoming the mail and pre-stamp outgoing mail
· Assist with any other administrative duties
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
· Ensure welcoming sign is ready for the next day
Weekly Responsibilities
· Answer telephone calls in a timely manner

Monthly Responsibilities

· Update Institutional Effectiveness campus master plan.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday 4:30p - 8:00pm, Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm
