Responsibilities
Welcome visitors: Greet and direct clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer calls: Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and routing calls appropriately.
Administrative tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks such as DocuSign, managing mail, and voicemails.
Office organization: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common spaces.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
