Receptionist - Onsite

Location: On-site - San Jose, CA

Job Type: Full Time / Contract- 8 months

Work Authorization: United States Citizen only

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, great written and verbal skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office including outlook, excel, and word.

• Receive visitors at the front desk; greet, welcome, and direct visitors properly
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Perform basic administrative duties
• Issue, check, and collect badges while maintaining a visitors log
• Support conference room meetings
• Provide Wi-Fi credentials to customers
• Sign for incoming packages

Education Required:

• High School Diploma

Experience Required:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, outlook and word
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Willingness to work the reception desk for a busy office
