The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, great written and verbal skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office including outlook, excel, and word.
- Receive visitors at the front desk; greet, welcome, and direct visitors properly
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Issue, check, and collect badges while maintaining a visitors log
- Support conference room meetings
- Provide Wi-Fi credentials to customers
- Sign for incoming packages
Education Required:
- High School Diploma
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, outlook and word
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Willingness to work the reception desk for a busy office
