We have an immediate need for a Receptionist to join a luxury hotel and casino. The Receptionist will play a pivotal role in maintaining the corporate image and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the organization’s main corporate office. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, greeting guests, and performing various front desk duties to provide white glove service.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)

This Job Pays: $55,000 – 65,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls for the main corporate office with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Greet and welcome all visitors and clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Perform various front desk duties, including managing visitor sign-ins and ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a neat and professional appearance.
• Uphold a conservative appearance policy, including no visible tattoos, face jewelry, or other non-conventional attire.
• Provide white glove service by assisting visitors and clients with their needs and inquiries.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as required.

What Gets You The Job:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and the ability to adhere to a conservative dress code.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-traffic reception area.
• Punctuality and reliability.
