Job Description
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and the face of our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include, but are not limited to, offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome families and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities; including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls; opening daily mail; accepting payments; ensuring reception area and arrangement rooms are tidy and presentable (with all necessary stationery and materials); update calendars and schedule meetings; keep updated records for cemetery property; light data input for accounts receivable will be required as well (on the job training); as well as performing other clerical receptionist duties.
