Receptionist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to the office.
• Communicate the arrival of guests and visitors to the appropriate employee(s).
• Direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Accept packages, rent check log in
• Ensure reception area is neat, professional and presentable at all times.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Assistant or similar role.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with office equipment such as copiers and printers.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate management. Familiarity with real estate terms, documents, teams, etc.

• Excellent customer service skills with the genuine desire to support and take care of customers.
• Trustworthy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
