Where do you fit?
To be a successful Receptionist you must become able to do the following always:
- Greet customers, visitors, and volunteers in person, over the phone, or online and connect them with the appropriate individual. Provide a customer service friendly interaction.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about the procedures, processes, and services of the Company.
- Attend customer service training when requested. Direct complaints to the appropriate person.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of office supplies.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare both paper mail and email, messages, and courier deliveries. Ensuring confidentiality, assisting with deposits, and managing the receipt of and distribution of mail.
- Update database files for mail, customer tracking, and other various required software.
- Provide data entry, file, and maintain records as needed.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guide
How you will spend your time in this job:
- 75% Customer Service
- 25% Data Entry and Filing
To qualify for this job, you need to have:
- Degree Requirement – High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Work Experience – Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
- Maintain company-required training.
- Demonstrate success in basic office skills and data entry.
- Physical working conditions - Subject to inside conditions frequently, with protection from the weather. conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
