This position is responsible for the first point of contact when a customer contacts The Laird Noller Companies and is responsible for ensuring all incoming phone calls are sent to the correct location. This is a fast paced and exciting position! The ideal candidate has receptionist experience, a great attitude, and is a team player.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm

Job requirements and duties include:
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicant needs to have phone experience.
- Must be able to handle multiple lines and ensure that calls get to the right departments.
- Maintains privacy of customer information.
- Maintains a professional attitude with co-workers, customers, vendors.
- Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.
- Must be organized.
- Must have good communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s license and good driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
