Receptionist Medical Office

Well established family practice is looking for an experienced Medical Office receptionist. Someone that can multitask and perform all aspects of the Medical Office such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, check-in and check-out, collecting balances and co-payments. Must be dependable, flexible, and be able to work at a fast pace. Must have the ability to cope with a busy, challenging office environment and have good customer service skills. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. May be required to stay later depending on patient schedule.
