Marquis Association Management is seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator
- Provides front-desk coverage and serves as the first point of contact for all visitors to include clients, employees and contractors.
- Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to managing phone calls, new hire onboarding support, submitting purchase requisitions, tracking purchase orders, ordering supplies, sorting mail, scheduling meetings, managing conference room schedules, shipping/receiving support and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Supports department meetings and event functions by reserving and preparing meeting rooms.
- Match and voucher invoices
- Multi-tasks and responds to evolving administrative/departamental priorities.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Maintaining office services by organizing, inventorying & ordering of office supplies as needed. Including paper products, toner products, light bulbs, and regular office supplies by sourcing most cost effective options for the company
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of administrative and/or office management
- Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- High School Diploma
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
