Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our salon, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Have knowledge of and sell retail products
- Assist with office management duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn new software
- Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals

Pay: $16.06 - $19.34 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
