Responsibilities:
Answering Phones: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Meeting Support: Assist management by taking detailed meeting notes and maintaining organized records.
Office Management: Manage office inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure the tidiness of common areas.
Scheduling and Calendar Tracking: Handle scheduling tasks and maintain accurate calendar records for appointments and meetings.
