```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team Tuesday- Friday. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental office environment.
```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using dental practice management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
