Location: Marlborough, MA. 
Salary: $19.28/HR (with dental, vision, health, and 401k benefits)

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable checks and ensure accurate distribution.

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing check payment inquiries via email and phone.

• Label storage containers with clear contents and descriptions.

• Prepare record file containers for secure off-site storage.

• Efficiently handle record requests via phone and email.

• Maintain an organized computer database for requests.

• Follow established procedures.

 

Quality System Requirements:

• Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.

• Maintain compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Reliability and professional demeanor.

• Willingness to learn and adapt.

 

Note:

This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Marlborough, MA.

Pay Details: $19.28 per hour
