We depend on our reception team to strengthen client relationships, to build connection, and use kind conservation to discover their needs. Receptionists are crucial to buiding a partnership with our expereienced team in order to best meet the needs of our clients and their beloved pets.

Our hospital has 5 doctors that provide preventative care, surgery, dental procedures and complicated cases allowing you many opportunities to grow your veterinary knowledge and skills. We approach our daily tasks with collaboration, frequent check-in communication, attention to detail, accuarcy, and follow through.

* 1 year Veterinary reception experience required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Handle multiple phone lines, Schedule appointments, File and maintain accurate patient charts(we are both paper and electronic) Patient intake and discharge, Invoice preparation and payment processing, Prescription Filling

• Bonus: General Veterinary Assistant duties: restraint, patient care, nail trims, blood draws, filling prescriptions.

Requirements:

Devotion to customer service and communication skills with willingness to grow

Excellent organizational skills and accuracy and follow through to allow efficiency and teammwork to flourish

Every Other Saturday* Minimum is one Saturday a month.

Punctual

Ability to acquire a temperature on both cats and dogs

Computer experience
