SalaryIsthmus Eye Care is a private eye care group with offices in Middleton and Madison. Our clinics provide patients with eye health and vision care for the entire family - infants through seniors. We are looking for a friendly and bright individual to join our growing team at our Middleton location.
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for assisting patients at the start and end of their appointment. Duties and responsibilities include greeting patients with enthusiasm, updating patient demographics and insurance coverage, concluding the patient encounter with review of key information, scheduling appointments, posting payments, triaging telephone calls, and introducing patients to optical. Candidates must be capable of maintaining strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA policies and procedures. The ideal applicant will also possess strong multi tasking and interpersonal skills.
*No experience required, we are willing to train the right candidate!
This is a full-time position, in our Middleton location, in a fast-paced environment with no weekends.
