Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED
• Experience with insurance verification, billing, or processing payor information
• Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office software
• Exceptional customer service skills with tact and diplomacy
• Knowledge of healthcare practices, particularly in chiropractic care
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under stressful conditions
• Experience in healthcare business operations is a plus
