Job Description
- Customer Service is the #1 priority.
- Field telephone calls and forward to area salesperson.
- Field telephone calls for service calls (get as much info as possible, verify address).
- Assist walk in customers with parts and/or information.
- Print invoice paper as needed.
- Process Outgoing UPS and SpeeDee shipments.
- Update Customer Job to Do list.
- Update Customer Job Board.
- Label and order vendor literature as needed.
- Copy Job information from Schedule Calendar for Billing Confirmation.
- Maintain job hours for billing.
- Assist fellow employees with paperwork & parts as needed.
- Assist with Cleaning office.
- Assist with price Changes
- Make room reservations & rental requests.
- Track truck inventory.
- Do Inventory adjustments for quick books to match current inventory as requested.
- Invoice customers as jobs have been completed for Tim’s review.
- Process Monthly Statements and mail.
- Receive payments and apply to customer accounts and file into customer receivables file cabinet.
- Process Bank Deposits.
- QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED!
- Excellent Customer Service!
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
- Data entry skills a must.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- Must not have allergies to cats/dogs.
