Receptionist
Entwood Property Management is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our property management team!

Job duties include: Answering multi-line phone in professional office; responding to walk in prospects, clients and residents; booking appointments for meetings and home tours; maintaining office budget and supplies; maintaining organization and cleanliness of office; processing rental applications and payments; preparing legal notices/contracts; and general assistance to the Business Manager for maintaining a professional and enthusiastic office!
Applicant must have clear criminal history, DMV history and pass drug screen.
Schedule is Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm in the main Chico Entwood office.
