The Receptionist/Telephone Operator answers the phone and is responsible for routing calls, taking messages, greeting/accommodating guests, vendors patients and their families.

KeyStone Center, located in Chester, Pennsylvania, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults. We are located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport, making our facility an easy location to travel to and from, for out-of-state treatment options and visitors.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. Staff must demonstrate knowledge and skill in provision of services to a varied population including adults, and dually diagnosed patients, in an inpatient, and outpatient setting.
