Position Summary:
The Creative Communications Analyst plays a crucial role in driving innovative and effective communication strategies for creative projects and change initiatives. This role involves crafting compelling written communications, managing visual identity, and coordinating with training and development teams to ensure a seamless integration of creative elements. The Creative Analyst is responsible for overseeing distribution management and timeline coordination to guarantee the successful execution of communication plans. They will bring a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to enhance communication strategies, contributing to the overall success of creative projects and change communications within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and edit clear and engaging written communications for various platforms and audiences.
  • Manage the visual identity of creative projects, ensuring consistency in design and messaging.
  • Contribute to the ideation and execution of campaigns, including messaging and creative design for PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, blogs, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with training and development teams and other organization teams, such as corporate communications, to integrate creative elements into training materials and programs.
  • Oversee the distribution process of creative materials, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Manage timelines for creative projects, coordinating with relevant teams to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of projects through metrics and feedback, making recommendations for improvements to better enable adoption.
  • Manage multiple projects and communications simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc written and creative requests and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Assist in the development and execution of change communication plans, ensuring a smooth transition for stakeholders during organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and implement innovative communication strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and creative best practices to continually enhance communication approaches.
  • Conduct research to gather insights and data supporting the development of impactful creative projects.
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in writing communications for various platforms and audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual identity management and creative design.
  • Experience in coordinating with training and development teams to integrate creative elements into materials and programs.
  • Previous involvement in distribution management and timeline coordination for creative projects.
  • Exposure to and experience in organization change management.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging communications.
  • Proficiency in creative design tools and software for visual identity management (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively with training and development teams.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into written copy
  • Detail-oriented with excellent distribution management and timeline coordination capabilities.
  • Creative thinking and ideation skills for developing impactful campaigns and messaging.
  • Familiarity with various communication platforms and mediums, including PowerPoint, newsletters, blogs, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
