Receptionist

We are looking for an outgoing and organized Receptionist to join the team at Pugh & Pugh Attorneys at Law, P.A. in Wamego, KS, US. This position is a great way to break into the legal industry as a part of a supportive team. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the company and provide superior administrative support to the entire team. You will be an integral part of the daily operations of the firm and be trusted to handle a wide range of tasks with a focus on maintaining an excellent customer experience. From answering phones and managing mail to coordinating appointments and greeting clients, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming visitors. We offer a competitive salary ($10-$14 hourly) and a variety of benefits to make sure our team is set up for success. • Available full-time 8-5 Monday - Friday with lunch break

$10 - $14 hourly

• Greet clients and other visitors warmly and provide necessary assistance.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Compile and maintain client and customer databases.
• Process and file legal documents for clients.
• Ensure the reception area is neat and orderly at all times.
