Receptionist

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist with other clerical duties as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficient in using technology such as computers, phones, and office equipment - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Cash handling experience is a plus As an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity in our workforce.
