• Salary Range $16.00- $20.00 DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exemplary customer service
• Manage telephone system counsel to receive incoming calls, and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
• Provide basic information to callers that have general inquiries
• Prepare daily reports for upper management
• Needs to feel comfortable with high volume
• Assist management with filing and other administrative tasks
• Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility with schedule; Must be willing and able to work various schedules
• Promptly and efficiently handling a multi-line phone system
• Appropriate phone handling etiquette with customers and prospects
• Must be punctual, with the ability to manage assigned tasks within time schedule
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
• Self-motivated
• Team oriented
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
