- Salary Range $16.00- $20.00 DOE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Manage telephone system counsel to receive incoming calls, and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
- Provide basic information to callers that have general inquiries
- Prepare daily reports for upper management
- Needs to feel comfortable with high volume
- Assist management with filing and other administrative tasks
- Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with schedule; Must be willing and able to work various schedules
- Promptly and efficiently handling a multi-line phone system
- Appropriate phone handling etiquette with customers and prospects
- Must be punctual, with the ability to manage assigned tasks within time schedule
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated
- Team oriented
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
