Receptionist

We are searching for a part time Receptionist to work at our center!

In this position, your schedule will be every Saturday from 8am to 4pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Amend transport routes according to census
• Contact parents to confirm drop offs
• Assist in loading patients on/off transport
• Run patient meals to each care room
• Assist nurses when necessary

A qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Level 2 Background Screening Clearance
• 1+ years of verifiable related experience
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with customer service-oriented approach
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them
• Flexibility and ability to embrace change and seek feedback with a growth mindset
