Receptionist

Essential Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Data entry
• Printing, scanning and mailing
• Tracking documents sent out for service

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and self-motivated
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Extremely organized and professional
• Customer service attitude
• Works well independently with minimum supervision

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test

WORK SCHEDULE

This temporary position is a full-time position and typically works Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
