Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Job Title: Receptionist

Status: Part Time

Shift: Evenings - Every other Weekend working 4-8 pm

Salary Rate: $15.23/hour

As a Receptionist, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist duties including answering the main switchboard, relaying messages to staff, responding to inquiries and directing residents and visitors.
• Maintain coverage at front desk during scheduled office hours.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
• Serve as mailroom liaison, notifying mailroom of address changes and assistance as needed.
• Initiate maintenance and housekeeping requests for the entire Frederick Living community.
• Notify appropriate departments of away sheets, returned keys and collection of resident payments.
• Collect funds and sell tickets for a variety of Frederick Living functions.
• Abide by the organization's code of conduct in the performance of their duties.
• Perform other related duties as required.

What do I need for this role with Frederick Living?

• High school graduate or equivalent with clerical or secretarial skills.
• Computer literacy or willingness to be trained to community system, required.
