Job Description
StateFire is a full-service fire suppression company located in Meridian, ID and is in search of a full-time Receptionist to join our team. Qualified candidates must be punctual, reliable and have a personable and outgoing demeanor, possess excellent organizational skills and experience using computer with Microsoft Office applications.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., lunch hour to be determined
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Answer phones and dispatch to appropriate departments.
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule services for our Fire Extinguisher / Restaurant department.
- Maintain customer database by entering new and updating existing customer information into company software programs.
- Process invoice batches.
- Upload reports and invoices to Customer portals.
- Scan invoices and inspection reports.
- Receive incoming mail and deliveries.
- Mail outgoing invoices and parcels.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide administrative / scheduling support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with scheduling fire extinguishers / suppression preferred, but not necessary.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and organization skills a must.
- Work independently as well as a team player.
- Proficient computer skills, general math skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and ServiceTitan preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- The employee is required to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, kneel and must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
