Location: Hamilton NJ
Work Schedule: M-F 8-4:30
Position may include one or more of the following, but is not limited to:
- Greeting Staff and Guests
- Receive incoming packages.
- Faxing, e-mailing, or scanning documentation as instructed.
- Print, sort, and match documents.
- Mail documents as needed.
- Monitor email boxes and process requests.
- Sorting, looking up, and counting various documents.
- Making overhead pages as needed.
- Data Entry
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments.
- Organizational skills
- Detail Oriented
- Microsoft Word & Outlook
Preferred Requirements:
- Telephone /Communication skills, Intermediate level.
- Excel, Intermediate level or higher
- Microsoft office (Word & Outlook), Intermediate level or higher
Copying, Faxing, Scanning 1+ years
