Receptionist

Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist (Evening and Weekend Shifts) at Audi Richmond

Audi Richmond, a member of Page Auto Group, is seeking a friendly, professional and customer service-oriented individual to fill the position of Front Desk Receptionist for evening and weekend shifts. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring consistent excellent customer service as we pride ourselves in this regard.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a multi-line phone system located at the front desk and accurately direct calls to the appropriate department or staff personnel
• Greet and assist guests with inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Follow established operational procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred

Working hours:

- Monday- Friday 5pm-8pm

• Saturdays from 9am-6pm
