David M. Chavez Insurance Agency, Inc. a State Farm Insurance Agency, located in Roeland Park, KS, has an immediate opening for a full-time, bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist. No insurance experience required! We will train the right person with the right attitude and skill set.

Min base starting Salary: 20.00; Max. base starting Salary: 25.00 (based on experience). Plus, monthly bonuses after licensed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage incoming calls.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

Requirements:

• 
  Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
