We are looking for a talented Receptionist and Order Entry Specialist to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, and to provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers.
In this role you will enjoy the challenge of thinking on your feet, making decisions quickly and efficiently with little supervision. You will also serve a first point of contact for visitors at the front desk.

- Focused on delivering results with strong diligence, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Function as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately and prepare routine documents.
- Maintain schedules/calendars, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
- Make travel arrangements
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs, and able to understand written procedures.
- Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system electronically.
Education/ Experience
- High School Diploma / GED. Professionally qualified is desirable but not essential.
- At least 2 yrs. experience in a process-oriented production environment as Customer Support.
- Must be a proficient typist, at least 40 wpm, while talking on the phone.
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system is a plus.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
