Food Careers
The Receptionist answers phones and performs light secretarial duties or other projects as assigned. • Answer incoming calls • Perform routine data entry • Perform basic bookkeeping activities • Maintain office records • Assist with research projects • Attend meetings as required • Provide administrative and clerical support wherever needed • Ensure that the BEK administrative requirements are performed accurately and in a timely manner • Prioritize multiple, competing priorities • Perform job duties in a manner that protect employee and company confidentiality • Project a friendly, professional image at all times • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Ability to learn and use relevant internal computer applications • Ability to use 10-key by touch preferred • Basic computer skills preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments • Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment • Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail • Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations • Must be able to read and write English • Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply • High school graduate or GED required
