Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as an ambassador for the facility by courteously greeting employees and guests of the facility. The Receptionist also answers all incoming calls, efficiently assists the callers, or routes them to the appropriate department and facilitates all visitations. This position will also assist with screening applications and scheduling interviews.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Duties

· Answers all incoming phone calls to the facility and transfers the calls to the correct person.

· Greets all staff, residents, and guests in a courteous manner.

· Screens all staff and visitors per COVID-19 regulations

· Assists vendors with questions and/or directs them to the correct person

· Works closely with the CEO, Business Office Manager, and Human Resources/Payroll designee as well as members of the interdisciplinary team.

· Serves as a general resource for information for all facility employees, residents, and guests.

· Ensures punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
