```Duties``` - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks - Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors - Maintain office files and records in an organized manner - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination ```Experience``` - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing data entry and proofreading tasks - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
