Responsibilities & Requirements:

As a Receptionist, you will provide top-shelf customer service to all clients, handle inbound/outbound calls, live chats, and emails, maintain account tasks and keep DETAILED records, and work with the Leadership team to share insights for efficiency, productivity, and improving our customer experience.
