SalaryWe're a locally owned and operated moving company looking for a receptionist to join our growing team!
Primary Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and monitor company email account
-Schedule moving services and estimates on company calendar
-Send reservation emails for booked moving services
-Draft and email estimates/quotes to customers
-Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
-Assist with billing and claims processing
-Perform general administrative tasks (such as preparing bills of lading, ordering supplies, filing and scanning documents)
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Proficient in scheduling and familiarity with Google suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
