Receptionist

Paper Alternative Solutions has an immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual Receptionist

at a busy office assisting the New Jersey Family Care program.

Pay Rate: 16-17.50/hr (based on experience)

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday through Friday)

Length of contract: 6 months

Primary Duties:

• checking in customers, answering general questions, pulling up cases and reviewing CXN
• confirming current address and phone #
• managing wait list
• scheduling appointments (by managing calendars in outlook)
• cleaning and restocking front area
• clearing voicemails and drop box (scan docs from drop box)
• messaging HBC’s by using teams
• updating customer sign in sheet
• other clerical duties as needed.

• At least 18 years old and a High School Diploma/GED is required
• Prior experience in an office setting
• Prior data entry experience preferred, not required if you have the typing skills!
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Computer experience preferred
• Organized and able to handle a busy environment
