The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented International Government Head of State - Staff Analyst (level 3) to join the Oklahoma City, OK location.
This role provides support to by developing plans, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options. Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating key executive level meetings, to include managing action items and capturing meeting minutes.
- Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings and events with teams and customers.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze data that enable the team to run the organization.This could include, but is not limited to, performance to plan information from various cross-functional teams, budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and facilities requirements.
- Monitor and track execution of plans and projects while communicating status to executive leadership and project participants.
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and demands of program integration; you may be called upon to support many different aspects of the program at any given time
- Provide and manage access to critical data storage required by cross-functional teams such as servers, share points, portals and physical building accesses
- Other projects as assigned
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Effective communication, organizational and team-oriented skills
- Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
- Experience in reviewing data sets, preparing reports, presentations, and flow charts
- Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Tableau, Sharepoint and Excel
- 3+ years of experience distilling information and creating precise and succinct executive-level messaging and briefing materials for Senior Executives
- Experience working in ambiguous and fast changing environments
- Ability to act with discretion and have excellent judgment
- Ability to think creatively to solve unique and challenging problems
- Experience in a role that required excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate task progress and challenges within team and with technical leadership, both internal and external
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range: 68,850 - 93,150
