Receptionist

We're looking for a great Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting and assisting our customers. The ideal candidate is hardworking, friendly, and well-organized and is willing to assist in daily office tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our office building, monitoring the front lobby and ensuring that all visitors are able to promptly check in/out as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and greet clients.
• Take and relay messages to the appropriate person.
• Make lunch reservations for clients.
• Schedule appointments.
• Answer client's questions about scheduling, medical procedures, insurance, and billing.
• Greet patients when they arrive at a medical facility.
• Introduce patients to the medical staff members.
• Keep records of client data.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
