Allergy & Asthma Associates, Inc. is a well-established, privately owned medical office providing complete diagnosis, education, and treatment for individuals with asthma, allergies, and various immunologic disorders. We have a close-knit group of employees with an average of 14 years with us. We are looking for the right person to join our team!
We are looking for an employee who is passionate about medical care to fill our opening as Front Office Receptionist. This position will primarily be performed in our Montgomery location but there will be occasional travel to our West Chester office.

The Front Office Receptionist fulfills patient care responsibilities in administrative areas as assigned that may include:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling patients for various appointment types
- Making reminder phone calls to patients
- Collecting payment when necessary
- Entering charges and posting payments
- Filing patient folders
- Taking phone messages for medical personnel
- Other various tasks as needed
Background and Experience
- 1-2 years Medical Office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- EMR experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior verbal and written skills are a must
