Receptionist, Part-Time
Duties for Receptionist:
1. Answer phones in a timely, professional and friendly manner, and direct them to the appropriate person as needed.
2. Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
3. For new in-office clients, have them complete a short information sheet, photocopy their drivers license and health insurance cards (front and back).
4. Remind clients of upcoming appointments via email or phone call.
5. Order office supplies as requested by other staff.
6. Open mail, date stamp, distribute and/or scan copies to file as instructed.
7. Take mail to mailbox at end of day.
8. Shredding.
9. Light office cleaning: keep conference table clean of fingerprints as needed, empty all trash cans at end of week, vacuum/sweep 2x month or as needed.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk space.
11. Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning and organizing documents as requested.

Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel.
Ability to maintain a professional, pleasant, and upbeat demeanor at all times.
Excellent grammar and writing skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
Previous office experience in a professional setting a plus.
Expected hours: 9:00-3:00 (1 hour lunchbreak unpaid)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (no weekends)
Setting: Professional Law Office, in person
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
